Bruschetta | Simply Bread Recipe
The Simply Bread Team

What’s better to launch our Simply Bread Recipe serie than a perfect, refreshing, and tasteful homemade bruschetta? And when we say homemade, we do mean it. While the tomatoes and basil were handpicked from the garden, the baguettes were also baked from scratch (yes, just flour, water, and love).
Originating from the sun-soaked lands of Italy, this simple yet tasteful dish is a celebration of fresh, wholesome ingredients that dance harmoniously on toasted bread.
Aromatic notes of garlic, juicy bursts of sun-ripped tomatoes, a touch of fresh basil, and you will be immediately transported to the heart of a Mediterranean summer. Hosting a gathering? Make a bruschetta. Planning a cozy date night? Make a bruschetta. Yearning for a taste of summer on a chilly day? Make. A. Bruschetta. This unavoidable recipe is simply calling for you.
